I grew up in a craftsman family.My father used to work for apparel company. My mother is a sewing machine operator. My grandfather is carpenter. My grandmother ran school for Japanese Kimono making. she was a teacher. My sister works for the company which manufactures socks. I was surrounded by professional tools when I was a little girl. Guess what happened ? I remember My mouth was fully open when I cut myself because the sew was super sharp. The Sewing machine was super fast. An Iron table has a vacuum system to make fabric stick on the table. Wow. Here comes Me. I am jewelry maker, crafter and Chef . I have worked in food industry for many years as Japanese chef ITAMAE. I have learned Pasty and Baking at College in Canada. I have worked for Italian Pastry and Japanese Dessert as well. Cooking is another place where my dedication goes. I love to create something with my hand. I feel so good when I am working on creation. My goal is to support the buyer to make their life feel good from wearing my work and share happiness. Shokoro has begun with my passion for handmade and creativity. Shokoro was named from putting Kokoro and my name together. Kokoro means Mind, Soul and Heart in Japanese. There are many high skilled hand crafts men in Japan. They put their passion into their work. I love the spirit. I named Shokoro so that I put my passion into my work everyday.
