Term and Condition

Ordering

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notification.Orders are billed at the prices in effect on date of invoicing.

  • Add-on Items are not purchased individually. These must be Added to other products such as Necklace, Earring, Bracelet, Anklet so forth.

 

Shipping

  • All items are shipped from Ontario Canada and most of orders come with Tracking Number. I hope this can provide you with some reassurance. Please double check your shipping address with your order at the time of purchase. Thank you :)

  • The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. usually 1-2 days except weekend ( no shipping on Saturday and Sunday. If you place order on Friday, the earliest shipping  date is coming Monday.)

 

Delivery time:

  •         Domestic: Ontario/Quebec:   Approximately 1-5 days and May vary for other provinces/states.

  •         USA:  Approximately  in 14 days

  •        International: Approximately 7 to 20 days ( now Available at Etsy store for some other countries )

I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose and where you ship to.

 

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

 

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Package Due to Post.

Packages to any country are the responsibility of the buyer. I am not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages, or errors made by the postal system.

 

Payment Option

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Visa Debit and Pay Pal are accepted.

I gladly accept returns and exchanges

Contact me within: 14 days of delivery

Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

We will refund as soon as  we receive the item back.

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)

  • Digital downloads

  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

  • Items on sale

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
